CANCELLATION POLICY
• Deposits are Non- Refundable but the Service is allowed to be move to another day in the same month within the 3 day notice. • Cancellations & Rescheduling must be done at least 3 days prior to your scheduled service. • Last-minute cancellations (less than 3 days) will be charged 50% of the remaining service cost. • Last-minute rescheduling (less than 3 days) will forfeit the deposit and you’ll need to rebook with a new deposit. • Unpaid fees: If the fee is not paid, you will not be allowed to book future appointments. • Punctuality: Please do your very best to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is given; after that your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a last-minute cancellation. Or a fee will be applied.
